WHY YOU NEED TO BE BOXING FOR FITNESS RESULTS?

Like any sport boxing can be dangerous but only for people who have no experience and who intentionally look to not follow the correct rules. However, if you are looking to learn the basic techniques and to be physically pushed through an intense fun effective workout, then this is the ideal fitness activity for you!

Boxing fitness has many different practices and they all require a form of dedication and intense training which you won’t develop on a treadmill. Boxing provides a strong cardio workout whilst boosting your agility, flexibility, speed, coordination and stamina. This form of workout doesn’t require actual fighting in the ring, but uses activities such as shadow boxing, bag work and padwork as part of the training process. Just by listening and following a trained instructor you will be in a perfectly safe environment reaping the rewards of a training regime that will aid you in losing weight and gaining confidence.
Boxing classes including the following:
1. Jump rope training (develops footwork, cardio and anaerobic system)
2. Body weight exercises which build upper and lower body power
3. Strength work through explosive punching.
4. Footwork training, which improves co-ordination, balance, speed
